RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO MR. KENNIS R. GROGAN

Whereas, Mr. Kennis R. Grogan has provided information and advice to the Faculty Assembly Budget Committee over the past year, and

Whereas, Mr. Grogan has prepared a document, which clearly explains "The University of North Carolina Budget Process", and

Whereas, this document will be of use to faculty, students, and staff in the constituent institutions, and to citizens of the state for understanding the process of allocation of public resources for higher education in North Carolina,

Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Faculty Assembly express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Grogan.
