RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR WILLIAM KANE, JR.

Whereas, William Kane has rendered valuable service to the faculties of the University of North Carolina as a delegate, as Secretary, and as Chairman of the Faculty Assembly,

Whereas, that service has been marked by unusual dedication, commitment, and concern,

Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Faculty Assembly of the University of North Carolina expresses its genuine appreciation and profound gratitude to William Kane for his service and leadership, and

Be It Further Resolved that a copy of this resolution be shared with his department chair, the Dean of the School of Business, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and the Chancellor of Western Carolina University.
