RESOLUTION OF FACULTY PARTICIPATION IN UNIVERSITY BUDGETING

WHEREAS, The North Carolina General Assembly will soon be considering the University of North Carolina 1996/97 change budget, and

WHEREAS, Faculty leaders in budgeting include chairs of the faculty senates, and, at least on some campuses, chairs of faculty budget committees; therefore be it

RESOLVED, That campus faculty leaders be invited to participate in the regional legislative and budget meetings of chancellors and members of the board of governors.
