RESOLUTION CONCERNING INTRUSION ON THE PHYSICAL INTEGRITY OF CAMPUSES

WHEREAS, The physical integrity of the various campuses influences the life of the academic community; and

WHEREAS, Each campus must address the complex issues that arise relating to campus use; and

WHEREAS, The University is best situated to decide on issues concerning its physical integrity; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Faculty Assembly supports the President and Board of Governors in their continued opposition to the proposed construction of the Randall Parkway onto the campus of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
